Questions
Why a subscription instead of buying once?
A website is not a one-off build — it needs ongoing security updates, content changes and search upkeep. The subscription covers all of that, so your site never goes stale.
Is there a lock-in contract?
The discounted setup fee comes with a 6-month commitment — cancel early and only the $500 discount is settled back. After that, cancel anytime.
How do I request changes?
Just message us. Each month includes one structural change and three content changes.
What if my English is not great?
All communication can be in Korean — we handle the English translation.
I don't have a domain. Is that OK?
Yes. We help you buy and connect a domain, or connect one you already own.
What happens if I cancel?
The site comes down, but customer data collected through it is exported free as CSV. Your photos and content remain yours.
